Incompatible and Unable to work on my phone or tablet. Disappointed that I couldn't find this out until purchased.

I am having the same issues as last year. The setup guide doesn't explain enough about downloading it into XODO.
Realizing that I purchased this same planner last year, I shouldn't have purchased it this year. Is there a way to get a refund?
